Dynamos JFC has insurance against liability at law for damages and claimant costs and expenses in respect of: Accidental injury to any person (excluding Employees)Accidental damage to Third Party property including hired, leased and rented premisesNegligent act, error or omissionVisitors Clothing and Personal Effects – up to £10,000 subject to a £100 excessLibel, Slander and Breach of ConfidentialityProducts sold and/or supplied by the Insured but limited to food or drink sold or supplied for consumption on the premises of the Insured or Souvenirs and Memorabilia sold or supplied by the Named InsuredTemporary visits elsewhere in the world excluding the United States of America and Canada whilst engaged in playing Amateur Football.Social and Fund Raising activities of the club excluding height (3 metres above ground level), motorised or water based activities. Bonfire and Firework displays must be agreed by Underwriter/s prior to commencement.Property Owners Liability where the total capacity does not exceed 100 persons.
