Welcome to the web site of Dynamos Junior Football Club, a club that is steeped in history - it started in Bracknell in 1976 as Sperry Dynamos and has enjoyed an association with the town ever since. It still has three key themes at its core: Football, Fun and Fitness for all its members. It currently has six teams, with players aged between 9 and 16. Use the navigation on the left to find out the latest news and current performance of each team or take a few minutes to have some fun with the activities at the foot of the page. How long have you been playing for Dynamos?
I was six when I first joined, so almost six years. It doesn't seem that long!

What do you enjoy most about being a Dynamos player?
Being with my friends on Wednesdays and Saturdays (and playing football, of course!).

Other than football, what skills have you learned in your time with the Club ?
Gamesmanship, tolerance, pride and that I can have fun and keep fit at the same time.

What do you think about the volunteers that run the Club?
I have respect for everyone involved as I understand how busy they all are and how much time they give to us all. I have a great manager who is there at every training session and match for the team. Except for when he is stuck on the motorway - but then the parents help out!

What do you think this season holds for your team?
We are now playing 11-a-side and feeling the difference already. When we find our feet, use all of the pitch and pass accurately, we will probably grab a mid-to-upper position in the table.

Dynamos JFC is actively seeking managers to lead three of the younger age teams: Under 7s, 8s and 9s. If you have an interest in football and would like to develop one of our new teams through support provided by the Club then contact Ian Emery, Club Secretary for further information.
